Policy

Customers may cancel before carrier assignment for a full refund. After dispatch confirmation, the booking fee is non-refundable as services are rendered. Refund requests related to carrier or service issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
